Job Description:
To equip participants with practical skills to mobilize resources, manage finances accountably, plan strategically, and meet donor requirements.
Qualification & Experience Required:
Master’s degree in development studies, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or related field. Bachelor’s with 10+ years experience will be considered.
Minimum 7 years proven experience facilitating similar trainings for NGOs
Proven track record in successful proposal writing with evidence of proposals funded
Strong knowledge of donor compliance and financial management for non-profits
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Member of relevant professional body is an added advantage
3 references and sample training materials from previous assignments
