We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Farming / Investment Farming to oversee farming operations, manage agricultural investments, and drive sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum of 13 years of relevant farming experience.
Must be an established farmer with a verifiable farming portfolio.
Must have a proven track record of managing a farm.
Must have a minimum of 100 acres of land under cultivation, supported by verifiable documentation.
Strong business acumen, investment management, and farm operations skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage farming operations and agricultural investments.
Develop strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Monitor farm performance, budgets, and operational activities.
Identify opportunities for agricultural investment and business expansion.
Ensure efficient utilisation of land, resources, and manpower.

BA/BSc/HND
