Farm Operations Manager

to join their team.

The successful candidate will be overseeing daily operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring all processes run smoothly and in alignment with set objectives. The role ensures optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to safety standards by closely monitoring performance, enforcing compliance with policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and manage monthly and annual operational budgets.

Track and control expenses to ensure alignment with financial targets.

Generate and analyze financial and operational reports to drive improvements.

Coordinate procurement of raw materials, packaging, and equipment to support production.

Manage inventory effectively to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance schedules are in place.

Supervise HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.

Oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to HACCP standards and consistent product quality.

Coordinate logistics operations and lead overall plant activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and achievement of production targets.

Key Qualifications

Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.

Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; ability to develop and implement operational KPIs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
