Field Sales Trainee - Mombasa

Role Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers within your assigned territory and build strong customer relationships.

Conduct daily field visits, generate leads and build a healthy pipeline of potential customers.

Educate customers about Poa!'s products and confidently handle questions and objections while following our sales process.

Achieve monthly sales targets with coaching and support from your Territory Sales Manager.

Maintain accurate sales records, consistently use the required systems and submit daily sales activity reports on time.

Build positive customer relationships and support customers during their early experience with the service.

Observe customer needs, market trends and competitor activity and share useful insights with your manager.

Build positive working relationships with landlords, property managers and other key stakeholders in your territory.

Work collaboratively with your team and other departments to achieve shared business goals.

Participate in training, coaching and other learning activities to continuously build your sales knowledge, skills and capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a KCSE certificate, with a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field also considered.

Strong interest and passion for sales.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based environment.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
