As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Finance Intern who wants hands-on exposure to the finance operations of a fast-moving, multi-brand business.
What you’ll work on:
Daily sales reconciliations across platforms, brands and branches
M-Pesa, card, cash and bank reconciliations
Supplier invoice processing and accounts payable support
Investigating variances, missing payments, refunds and discrepancies
Supporting month-end close, stock takes and food-cost reporting
Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
Preparing reports and supporting the wider Finance team
The role is very operational and hands-on, with exposure to the full flow of transactions across Ando’s brands and locations.
Who we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree completed or in final year — Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
CPA Part I+ or currently pursuing CPA(K) / ACCA preferred
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
Organised, proactive and willing to follow up when something doesn’t reconcile
Exposure to accounting systems, M-Pesa reconciliations or Kenyan tax is a plus
