Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and commercially minded Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a reputable organisation within the creative industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring effective financial controls, managing budgets and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
Manage cash flow, working capital and financial operations.
Develop and monitor budgets for projects, campaigns and productions.
Track project costs, revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls and financial risk management.
Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
3-5 years of relevant finance experience.
Experience in the creative, advertising, media, entertainment, events or related industry is compulsory.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
