Compensation: ₦150,000 Net
Working Hours: 8 hours daily (6 days a week)
Accommodation: Available only when working night shifts
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms.
Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests.
Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure accuracy in digital records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities.
Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates.
Ensure adherence to the organization’s financial and compliance policies.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Assist with onboarding customers onto digital services and platforms.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an added advantage.
