Responsibilities

Set up batch sizes and configure granulation equipment according to technical formulas and manufacturing specifications

Assemble machine components and verify proper calibration before commencing production runs

Disassemble equipment for maintenance and cleaning following standard procedures

Perform blending operations using mixing and milling machines to achieve consistent powder properties

Monitor powdered ingredients during processing to ensure quality standards and material consistency

Transfer granulation equipment and materials following safe handling procedures and workplace protocols

Oversee granulation operations and adjust machine parameters to maintain batch consistency

Keep detailed task records documenting batch numbers, processing times, and equipment parameters for traceability

Maintain stock records of raw materials and track inventory levels throughout the shift

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures at all times

Lift and handle heavy weights safely using proper ergonomic techniques and equipment

Maintain manufacturing rooms in clean and organized conditions to prevent contamination

Work in shifts and keep time accurately to ensure efficient production schedules

Use communication techniques to report issues, concerns, and product observations to supervisors and team members

Collaborate with quality control personnel regarding batch status and manufacturing metrics

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO, with 2 years' experience.
