Description
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
This role demands a high level of alertness, professionalism, and physical fitness to respond swiftly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
Our Security Guard will serve as the first point of contact in maintaining order, enforcing company policies, and providing assistance as needed.
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will be required to document incidents, interact with staff and visitors courteously, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.

Responsibilities
Patrol assigned areas to monitor and secure premises against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
Conduct regular inspections of property to identify safety hazards and security breaches.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities such as equipment or property damage.
Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Assist visitors and employees by providing directions, answering queries, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response teams when necessary.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications and previous experience in security or a related field is highly preferred.
Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts and in various environmental conditions.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential security issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals.
Physical fitness to perform patrol duties on foot for extended periods and respond to emergencies.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications are a plus.
Ability to operate security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
