REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a senior kitchen role.
Strong menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety. hygiene, and Kenyan food handling standards.
Ability to manage kitchen teams, delegate duties, and train staff.
Experience controlling food costs, stock, portions, and kitchen budgets.
Strong leadership, organisation, creativity. and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
SALARY KES 150,000
