HEAD OF FINANCE

POSITION SUMMARY

The Head of Finance is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, governance oversight, financial planning, budgeting, treasury management, statutory compliance, financial reporting, risk management, internal controls, and commercial support across the Organisation and its associated business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional Qualifications:

Mandatory: CPA (K), Active ICPAK Membership Added Advantage: ACCA, CIMA, CFA, Corporate Governance Certification, Risk Management Certification

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years progressive finance experience.

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience in multi-business environments preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The successful candidate may be required to provide support across affiliated business units, associated entities, projects, branches, subsidiaries, or future ventures established by the Organisation.
