Job Requirements
10–15 years of proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, preferably within construction, real estate development, or infrastructure.
BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications and membership of recognised professional bodies are an added advantage.
Proven experience managing M&E systems across construction projects, from design and installation to testing, commissioning, and handover.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, fire protection, and building services systems.
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and risk management.
Demonstrated ability to lead M&E teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of construction standards, HSE requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, accountability, and ability to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
