Provide research-driven investment insights, presentations, and market intelligence to clients and Client Relationship Officers to strengthen client engagement, business development, and revenue generation.

Ensure the accuracy, relevance, quality, and timely delivery of research outputs and investment recommendations.

Corporate Strategy and Business Development:

Drive the development, review, and implementation of Group-wide strategic objectives and operational plans, ensuring alignment between corporate priorities, subsidiary business plans, resource allocation, and performance outcomes.

Collaborate with Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Heads and subsidiary management to deliver tailored research-based solutions that support business objectives.

Identify new revenue streams, investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, diversification options, and market expansion opportunities through feasibility studies, market assessments, business cases, and commercial analyses.

Evaluate existing business models and recommend interventions to improve competitiveness, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Support mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and other corporate development initiatives through research, due diligence support, and strategic assessments.

Business Performance, Risk and Strategic Execution:

Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools to monitor business performance, track strategic initiatives, and measure results against established targets.

Monitor the implementation of approved strategic initiatives across the Group and evaluate their contribution to business growth and performance.

Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring audit findings, recommend sustainable corrective interventions, and track the implementation and effectiveness of agreed audit resolutions.

Support executive decision-making through data-driven analysis, business intelligence, scenario planning, and strategic forecasting.

Leadership, Training and Stakeholder Engagement:

Lead, coach, and develop research analysts in financial analysis, valuation techniques, financial modelling, and research methodologies.

Develop and coordinate the Annual Research Training Series to strengthen research capabilities, investment knowledge, and analytical competencies across relevant teams.

Collaborate with subsidiary Managing Directors, SBU Heads, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Business Development, and other relevant stakeholders to advance Group-wide objectives.

Represent the Group at industry engagements, research forums, investor meetings, conferences, and strategic business discussions, and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
