Responsibilities
Research hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and healthcare organizations
Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to identify hiring needs and staffing challenges
Schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Support employer partnership and externship initiatives
Requirements
2+ years of outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
Excellent English communication skills
Experience working with US clients
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Strong research skills (Google, LinkedIn, company websites)
Preferred
Healthcare outreach or healthcare recruiting experience
Familiarity with US healthcare terminology
Experience calling hospitals, clinics, or medical practices
