About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experiencedHRManagerto join their growing team.

This is an opportunity for an HR professional who combinesstrongknowledge of Kenyan employment practices with international HR experience

and is comfortable working in a multinational, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational, international, or fast-paced organization.

Strong knowledge ofKenyan Employment Laws, HR practices, and statutory requirements.

Demonstrated experience working with multicultural and/or geographically diverse teams.

Previous experience in amultinational company, international organization, or other internationally structured environmentis highly desirable.

Experience supporting both employees and management across a broad range of HR matters.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.

Ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international stakeholders.

A practical, solution-oriented approach to HR.
