Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in HR operations, preferably with demonstrable experience in a managerial or supervisory HR role. Active membership with a recognized professional HR body. CHRP certification will be an added advantage.
Experience working within the private security sector will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of Kenyan employment law, HR best practices, labour relations and workplace compliance.
Strong understanding of HR administration, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and staff welfare. Strong organizational, communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and organizational information professionally.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in standard office and HR management systems.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with management and operational teams
