Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to organisational goals and objectives.
Formulate and review HR policies, procedures and programmes, ensuring compliance with employment law and regulation.
Identify HR trends and best practice and recommend improvements.
Contribute to workforce planning, organisational design and the annual people budget.
