Wellspring College is seeking to engage an innovative, passionate, and results-driven ICT Teacher who is committed to equipping students with the digital knowledge and practical skills required to excel in a technology-driven world.
The successful candidate will inspire learners through engaging classroom instruction, foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and prepare students for outstanding performance in external examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons in line with the College\'s curriculum and best teaching practices.
Prepare students for external examinations with a focus on achieving outstanding results.
Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate students\' academic progress, providing timely feedback and intervention where necessary.
Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and digital literacy.
Maintain accurate records of students\' performance and progress.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, professional development programmes, and other College activities.
Contribute to the holistic development of students through mentorship and positive role modelling.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Requirements
A Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, ICT Education, or a related discipline.
A recognized teaching qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years\' teaching experience, preferably in a reputable College.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
