WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1—2 years in content creation, customer relations, or a similar role.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in content creation (photo and video) for social media and marketing.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage customer inquiries, feedback, and guest relations.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a good understanding of brand storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools is an advantage.
