Insurance Sales Agents

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Insurance Sales Agents based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Insurance Sales Agent will identify and engage prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and provide guidance on policy options and benefits.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales meetings, following up on leads, preparing quotations, and completing policy applications accurately. The role involves offering ongoing customer service, handling inquiries and claims-related questions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Insurance Sales Agents will also collaborate with internal teams, meet sales targets, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills to generate new business, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support clients, resolve issues, and maintain positive long-term relationships.

Candidates should possess good knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices to advise clients appropriately and structure suitable coverage.

Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients and explain complex concepts clearly.

Candidates should possess basic numeracy, analytical abilities, and attention to detail to interpret insurance terms, premiums, and policy documentation accurately.

Relevant experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related fields is beneficial; a diploma or degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.

Candidates should possess a proactive, goal-oriented mindset, high ethical standards, and the ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Renumeration

This Is A Commission Based Position .
