Job Purpose
The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative and practical interior designs, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, and supporting projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D designs.
Create layouts, floor plans, and design presentations.
Produce 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Make design adjustments based on client or project requirements.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of space planning and interior design principles.
Good creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
