Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT monitoring, help desk, or related role
Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, SolarWinds, Nagios, Manage Engine)
Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
