Key Account Manager Branded Hotel Chains at MSVL Group

Qualifications, Skills and Experience (Both Positions)

Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.

Proven track record in account acquisition, sales growth, and achieving targets.

Experience in hospitality, hotel supplies, HORECA, FMCG, facilities management, or related industries is an advantage.

Strong client relationship management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to engage senior decision-makers and independently manage key accounts.

Strong commercial awareness, planning, reporting, and follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of the Kenyan market preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with international and regional hotel chains across multiple properties.

Develop new business opportunities while understanding hotel brand standards and procurement requirements.

Promote hospitality supplies, including linen, amenities, tableware, kitchen accessories, and OS&E.

Manage RFQs, quotations, product approvals, orders, and special import requirements.

Build relationships with hotel management, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
