Job Description:
Ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance tasks.
Liaise with the CTO to items in the Monthly budget report
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including dates, parts replaced, and labor costs.
Coordinate with on-site maintenance staff and ensure adherence to maintenance protocol:
Ensure timely procurement of necessary parts to prevent equipment downtime.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
Coordinate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance for management review.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment
Track equipment warranties and service contracts.
Provide recommendations for improvements in maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management.
