Our client, a well-established Construction company with its headquarters based in

Male, Maldives

is currently seeking to recruit

Marketing Manager

.

This role involves crafting a comprehensive marketing communications plan encompassing strategy, objectives, budget, and execution tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management

Develop and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts on various social media platforms)

Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Maintain and update a database of prospects and leads.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Act as a point of contact for client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations for business growth opportunities.

Negotiate terms of business agreements and contracts with clients. Ensure timely closure of deals and achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.

5 + experience in equivalent position

Good Communication, Good Interpersonal Skills, Aggressive in follow up, Strong negotiation skills

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
