Role Description The Marketing Officer for the Lakeside Marina Park is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra. This role is responsible for promoting Marina Park and amenities, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales efforts to attractSchools, Corporate institutions, and Schools. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing plans, managing social media and other digital channels, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating events or activations

Qualifications/Requirements

Strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand promotion, and basic analytics.

Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customer preferences and competitors.

Effective Communication skills for engaging prospects, writing clear marketing content, and collaborating with internal teams.

Social Media Marketing skills to manage online presence, create content, and drive engagement across relevant platforms.

Build Market Partnership and cordinate outreach programs to attrac new customers.

Proficiency in Adobe Creatives Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Microsoft enterprise.

Proficiency in basic office software and marketing tools; familiarity with design or content platforms is a plus.

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Accra, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
