Reports to: National Coordinator
Job Purpose
The MEAL Officer will be responsible for monitoring project performance, ensuring data quality, promoting accountability to affected populations, and facilitating learning processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project monitoring plans.
Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Conduct routine monitoring, assessments, and post-distribution monitoring.
Maintain project databases and indicator tracking systems.
Ensure data quality assurance throughout project implementation.
Manage beneficiary feedback and complaints mechanisms.
Support learning and knowledge management initiatives.
Prepare periodic MEAL reports and performance analyses.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Information Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years\' experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Experience with KoboToolbox, ODK, Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or similar applications.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
