About the Role
As our Mechanical Engineering & Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall health, reliability, and performance of all production equipment. You are the backbone of our operations.
Key Responsibilties
Carry out daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment
Execute and document all preventive maintenance using approved checklists
Monitor and manage critical spare parts to ensure 100% availability
Maintain accurate records - equipment manuals, breakdown reports, and inventory
Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
3-5 years experience as a Maintenance/Mechanical Technician in an FMCG/Manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of production machinery
Ability to interpret equipment manuals and technical drawings
Proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , OND
