KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Training: Deliver disease, product and competitor differentiation training, including monthly refreshers and new launch updates.
Onboarding & Certification: Coordinate Medical Sales Representative (MSR) onboarding, compliance and "Fit-for-Field" certifications to accelerate time-to-productivity.
Field Coaching: Support Team Leaders via field accompaniments, role-plays and gap analyses to build targeted development plans.
Digital Learning & Webinars: Create digital content and pathways for Harley’s Academy; host internal and external scientific webinars.
Metrics & Reporting: Track training attendance, conduct competency assessments and build performance dashboards.
Content Creation: Develop and update compliant, scientifically accurate training materials, presentations and assessment banks.
External Medical Education: Present CPD-aligned webinars for pharmacists and tech teams covering disease areas, product science and rational medicine use.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) graduate.
Must be a registered pharmacist.
Certification in Training, Adult Learning, Coaching, Medical Education, or Facilitation is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in one or more of the following: Medical sales, medical training, medical affairs, product management, scientific engagement or healthcare professional education.
Strong scientific knowledge, excellent facilitation skills and a sound understanding of pharmaceutical selling principles..
