We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team and support the growth of our products across the Zambian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and shelf arrangement.
Maintain agreed planograms and product displays.
Monitor stock levels and identify out-of-stock items.
Check product pricing, promotions, and expiry dates.
Submit regular store visit and stock reports.
Build professional relationships with store staff.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in merchandising, FMCG, retail, or pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and visit multiple stores.
· Basic reporting and smartphone skills.
· Valid driving license is a must.
