Office Executive at Red August Group

Are you highly organised, confident working with data and capable of keeping people, projects and office operations moving effectively?

We are looking for a resourceful Office Executive to support business and project development through crop research, efficient office administration, field coordination and strong farmer relationships.

Gross salary: KES 50,000 per month

Key responsibilities will include:

Researching crop supply chains and compiling clear documentation

Collecting, sorting and entering data and preparing reports

Coordinating staff travel and farm visits

Tracking field staff activities, data and work output

Sharing information across agronomy, farming and sales teams

Supporting product development and farmer relationships

Coordinating meetings and preparing presentations

The ideal candidate will have:

A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Agribusiness or a related field; a relevant certificate supported by equivalent practical experience will also be considered

At least five years’ experience in administration, operations or project support, including data reporting and coordination

Experience in the agricultural sector will be an advantage

Practical Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, filters and basic formulas

Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, email and digital recordkeeping

Strong research, reporting, planning and communication skills

Excellent organisation, teamwork and farmer-relations capabilities
