Operations Manager.
The scope
of the Operations Manager will include managing all farm activities including Security
and administrative responsibilities within the farm.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Business
Administration or related field
Experience in:

Management of a diverse team

Ability
to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge
in Real IPM Products especially the Natural Enemy will be an added advantage
The individual must:

Be innovative with proven track
record of high performance

Good interpersonal skills

An
excellent communicator in English
