Responsibilities
Serving as intermediary between GRES and other departments in the processing of all payments as it relates to New builds, Revamps, Leases, and Purchases of Items such as Furniture & Fittings, Office Equipment , Security Equipment and Building Materials
Ensure job request tracking from PO issuance to payment completion.
Serve as a watch guard for PO request logged on procurement remedy and payment request logged on Finance remedy and immediately notifying the requesters when their input is required.
Ensure that all outstanding payments are reflected through accruals on monthly basis
Responding to issues and report requests emanating from payment requests processed through SAP
Monitoring of expenditure against budget and investigation of variances on an ongoing basis
Payment management through reporting on vendor payment.
Requirements
BSC(Without Third Class or Pass) in Finance and Accounting.
Maximum age: 27 years.
Maximum of 1-2years experience in Accounting field; Computer literate;
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Accounting Software package
Must be willing to work in Ilupeju.

Salary: N180,000 Monthly.
