Pre-Delivery Technician M/F

Mission Description

Inspect all units as per the checklist before delivery to the Client.

Carry out receiving inspection of motor vehicles and report any defect/damages/missing items immediately

Inspect motor vehicles as per the pre-delivery inspection SOP

Report any defect/damages as per the PDI standards.

Diagnose mechanical problems and servicing of the motor vehicles as per manuals.

Install parts & accessories as per specification.

Perform road tests for inspected vehicles as per SOP.

Complete PDI inspection sheets/reports and submit as per file management SOP.

Ensure no vehicle is released from PDI without 100% ok PDI

Clean, repair and maintain workshop tools & equipment

Update operational system (VITS/other)

Any other role assigned by management from time to time.

Profile

Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent field

2 years' experience
