KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive brand volume, value, visibility and distribution.
Partner with wholesalers to execute market plans.
Protect market share and drive growth.
Achieve call-rate and execution standards.
Maximize sales through regional journey plans.
Manage trade relationships and complaints.
Ensure timely reporting and collections.
Safeguard company assets.
Follow company processes and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/ Diploma in sales/marketing or any other related course.
Proven experience of 2 years in the FMCG sales and direct sales.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge on accounting/reconciliation skills.
Good reporting skills.
