Responsibilities
Coordinate repair maintenance through conducting physical surveys
Oversee transport logistics
Promote staff welfare by providing appropriate tools of work and suitable work environment
Identify and acquire office equipment and furniture for the Institute;
Coordinate the renewal of Institute insurance policies.
Carry out the day-to-day administrative activities of the Institute.
Maintain and update catalogue of all of the Institute’s assets and properties.
Manage allocated office space, security and outsourced administrative services.
Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects.
Comply to statutory and regulatory requirements
Qualifications / Work Experience
Professional Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized Institution
Professional Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing
Academic Bachelor Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government, Anthropology, Social Sciences or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Professional Cumulative service period of nine (9) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Senior Administration Officer or in a comparable position
