ELIARA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS is seeking a qualified and principled legal professional to join our organisation as a Pro Bono Legal Adviser, supporting our institutional development, governance and international ambitions.

We are looking for more than legal expertise. We seek a professional who understands that the practice of law carries a responsibility to uphold justice, defend truth, protect human dignity and act with integrity.

About the opportunity

EGS is a mission-driven, non-profit organisation developing an international institutional model that combines professional business activities with social and community development initiatives.

As we strengthen our organisational foundations and governance framework, we are seeking a legal professional willing to contribute expertise and advisory support on a voluntary, pro bono basis.

Professional qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate should have:

A recognised legal qualification and current professional standing in the relevant jurisdiction.

Qualification and substantial working knowledge of Ghanaian law.

Knowledge and practical understanding of international law and cross-border legal matters.

Experience or competence in corporate and commercial law, non-profit governance, institutional structuring, contracts and regulatory compliance.

Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and advisory skills.

Candidates based in Ghana or internationally may apply, provided they can demonstrate the required Ghanaian legal expertise and relevant international-law knowledge.

Areas of legal support

The adviser may assist EGS with:

Institutional governance and legal structuring.

Ghanaian company and non-profit regulatory matters.

Corporate and commercial legal advisory.

Contracts, MOUs and partnership agreements.

Volunteer engagement and organisational policies.

Confidentiality, intellectual property and data protection.

International partnerships and cross-border legal considerations.

Legal research and strategic institutional advisory.

Engagement arrangement

This is an unpaid, voluntary pro bono advisory opportunity. There is currently no salary, stipend, or guaranteed future employment attached to the position.

The scope, availability and responsibilities will be mutually agreed in writing. The engagement is remote, with potential for occasional meetings where practical.
