Key Responsibilities

Support the conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO).

Follow up and expedite Purchase Orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers on order status, delivery schedules and outstanding requests.

Monitor purchase orders and track the delivery of goods and services.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve procurement and delivery delays.

Maintain proper documentation and update procurement records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

B.Sc. or HND in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience will be an added advantage.

Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks effectively.

Good organisational and interpersonal skills.

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND
