KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
Negotiate competitive supplier pricing, credit terms and contractual agreements.
Monitor inventory PAR levels to ensure timely and cost-efficient replenishment.
Maintain approved supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with procurement budgets, internal controls, and SOPs.
Analyse purchasing trends, price variances, and opportunities for cost optimisation.
Collaborate with Finance, Stores, Kitchen, and Operations teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional procurement qualification (CIPS/CPSP-K) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within a multi-unit hospitality or F&B environment.
Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiations, inventory management, and cost control.
Proficiency in procurement systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
