Responsibilities:

Coordinate with our tailors and production team to follow each design through from assignment to completion.

Monitor production timelines, follow up on delays, and flag any issues early.

Check finished pieces to ensure they meet approved design, sizing, and quality standards.

Record production expenses and payments, keeping all receipts and records properly organised.

Track fabric, finished stock, and inventory — including what comes in, goes out, or needs replenishing.

Supervise day-to-day staff tasks and follow up firmly to ensure work is completed.

Prepare a clear weekly report covering production progress, completed pieces, stock levels, expenses, and issues requiring the creative director's attention.

Solve routine operational problems independently and escalate where necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience coordinating people and managing day-to-day operations, preferably in a fashion or retail business.

A working knowledge of garment production, fabrics, fit, and finishing.

You don't need to be a designer or tailor, but you must be able to communicate effectively with both.

Strong record-keeping skills and confidence using spreadsheets for inventory, payments, and reports.

Good basic mathematics and careful attention to figures and quantities.

The confidence to supervise staff, follow up firmly, and communicate respectfully.

Highly organised, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Must reside in Abuja and be available to work in-person.

We need a calm, structured, and detail-oriented leader who understands production, can manage people with respect, and can bring discipline to a creative environment.

Remuneration: NGN 180,000 - 200,000 Monthly
