Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in FMCG, beverage manufacturing, food processing, or a similar production environment.
Demonstrated experience supervising production teams and managing shift operations.
Hands-on experience with high-speed beverage production and packaging lines is mandatory.
Practical exposure to Krones, Sidel, KHS, SACMI, SIPA, KOSME, or similar processing, filling, packaging, and bottling equipment is preferred.
Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, production quality, and equipment performance.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement practices is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and reporting skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Lead and manage production teams, including operators and general workers, through shift allocation, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Monitor production line performance, machine utilization, downtime, changeovers, and equipment reliability.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, quality procedures, and SHEQ requirements.
Coordinate equipment maintenance, sanitation, and production line changeovers with Engineering.
Monitor raw material and packaging usage, production losses, waste, and yield to improve cost efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
Maintain production records and reports, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehousing, and Planning teams.
