Program Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Support budget planning, tracking, and reporting for programs, ensuring timely and accurate submission to management

Maintain organized financial and program documentation, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval

⁠Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support across the Foundation

Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and trips organized by management

Liaise with external stakeholders and partners as needed

⁠Travel as required to support program activities

Qualifications:

A heart for social work

⁠Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics)

Fresh graduate or 1 year of related work experience

Proficient in written and spoken English

Familiarity with document management and reporting processes

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools ability (e.g. Google Spreadsheet, Docs, Slide) to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

⁠Willingness to travel as required for work-related activities

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND
