Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation measures.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and project reporting.
Track milestones, deliverables, and performance against agreed objectives.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
Facilitate project meetings, resolve implementation challenges, and document lessons learned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven project management experience, preferably in software development, banking, or fintech.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant project management certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
