The HVAC

Project Manager

is responsible for the operational execution of HVAC projects, in strict compliance with contractual commitments, technical requirements, internal procedures, and decisions issued by Company Management.

He/she ensures delivery in terms of quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and compliance, with full traceability of actions and decisions. The role is strictly execution-focused; no strategic or company-committing decisions are taken without prior approval.

Key Responsibilities

Execute assigned HVAC projects end-to-end in line with approved contracts, drawings, specifications, and standards.

Organize, coordinate, and monitor site activities, ensuring schedules are established, maintained, and achieved.

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.

Enforce technical compliance and quality control for HVAC installations, including inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Manage resources, subcontractors, and procurement of HVAC materials and equipment, ensuring availability, conformity, and traceability.

Monitor project costs, variations, and financial impacts, supporting invoicing, claims, and project close-out activities.

Identify risks, deviations, and non-conformities early, proposing and implementing corrective actions and escalating critical issues promptly.

Prepare accurate, structured project reports and maintain clear, factual communication with all stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

HVAC / Mechanical / Energy Engineering degree or equivalent

Experience with HVAC project execution (references required)

Strong HVAC technical expertise

High level of organization, rigor, and discipline

Strong execution mindset and leadership skills

Clear and structured reporting capability

Proficiency with Excel and project tracking tools

French or English required

Arabic is an asset
