Responsibilities
Control in-process quality, handle quality non-conformities and ensure closed-loop correction.
Lead medium & small improvement projects with Six Sigma DMAIC, 8D, SPC, FMEA, MSA to boost yield and reduce defects.
Analyze quality data, compile reports and standardize inspection documents
Maintain ISO9001 system and support internal & customer audits.
Deliver quality training and coordinate cross-department risk control & new product quality planning.
Requirements
College degree or above, major in Materials, PV, IE or Quality Management preferred.
Minimum 3 years quality experience in manufacturing or photovoltaic industry.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred, proficient in core quality tools and Minitab/Excel data analysis.
Familiar with ISO9001 and PV quality standards.
Strong root-cause analysis and cross-functional communication skills.
Basic English literacy is a plus.
Literate in Chemical or mechanical engineering
