Key Responsibilities
Checks the completeness of appropriate quality checks required as per allocated shift
Conduct step by step release as required
Monitor and record the held WIP and finished crowns and closures
Document daily internal quality information as per required reports Submit reports to the QA Manager and QA Supervisor as per filing system in place
Conduct investigations and make reports on non- conformances encountered
Plan and prepare panels as may be directed Conducts lab evaluations, trials and test as required
Encoding and analyzing statistical data as required
Ensures inspections of incoming materials as required
Carrying out any other task as it may be assigned by the supervisor
Ensure compliance to HSE and food safety requirements
Requirements
Cert/ Dip Degree in production/ analytical chemistry/food science, Quality Control any other relevant training.
Knowledge of Certification of HSE & Quality management systems.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Production Procedures
Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals
Analytical Skills and able to multi task
Attention to Detail and good Teamwork skills
Minimum qualifications
Diploma , Vocational
