Are you an analytical and detail-oriented professional ready to take charge of managing costs and contracts in construction projects? As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on budget and on time. Your expertise will help navigate through the complexities of construction, procurement, and contract management.
Responsibilities
Assess and advise on project costs, risks, and value engineering
Conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, time, and labor costs
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery
Monitor project expenditures and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare periodic cost reports and cash flow forecasts
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
5 years Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction methods, costs, and regulations
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Professional certification is a plus
