MeCure Healthcare Limited is seeking a qualified, competent, and patient-focused Radiologist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate diagnostic imaging services, interpreting medical images, and supporting clinicians in delivering quality patient care.
Interpret and report on diagnostic imaging examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and other relevant imaging procedures.
Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports to referring physicians.
Collaborate with other medical professionals to support effective patient diagnosis and treatment.
Ensure compliance with established radiology protocols, safety standards, and radiation protection guidelines.
Supervise and guide radiographers and other imaging personnel where necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of radiology equipment.
Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and continuous professional development activities.
Requirements
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from a recognised institution.
Fellowship qualification in Radiology (FWACS, FMCR, or equivalent recognised specialist qualification).
Current practising licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
Relevant clinical experience in diagnostic radiology.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality healthcare delivery.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
