Remote Customer Support & Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support and Communication

Answer incoming customer calls professionally and respond to enquiries promptly.

Manage customer communications and support requests through WhatsApp.

Provide accurate information and assist customers in resolving issues.

Maintain a professional and positive customer experience across communication channels.

Order Processing and Logistics

Retrieve and organise incoming customer orders for pickers to fulfil.

Coordinate customer deliveries by arranging ride-hailing and delivery services.

Monitor order fulfilment and communicate relevant delivery updates.

Prepare, organise, and maintain accurate receipts and invoices.

Support the smooth coordination of daily operational activities.

Digital Platform and AI Tools Management

Update and maintain the backend of the company's website and mobile applications.

Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including posting content and promotions.

Use AI productivity tools, including ChatGPT and Gemini, to draft communications, create content, and streamline routine tasks.

Support the effective use of digital tools to improve daily operations.

Requirements and Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Professional telephone etiquette and good customer service skills.

Practical experience using WhatsApp Business.

Familiarity with ride-hailing or delivery dispatch services.

Basic computer skills and confidence using digital platforms.

Familiarity with website and mobile application backends.

Knowledge of social media management and content updates.

Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
