Training Duration:

1st January 2027 – 31st December 2028 (2 years)

Remuration:

A monthly stipend will be payable

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a valid practice license from KMPDC

Should have a strong interest in the field of Orthopaedics

Must have demonstrated a strong work ethics and a positive attitude towards work in previous employment set up or during rotations

Rotation in surgical unit for a minimum period of 1 year will be an added advantage

Successful completion of the MCS program in the past 1 year

Commitment to a rigorous training program with high demands

Program highlights:

High-volume orthopedic cases of varying complexity

Program tracking and academic progress:

Quarterly written examinations

Quarterly faculty reviews

Daily and continuous clinic, bedside, and theatre mentorship and assessments
